A beautiful, luxurious 5-bedroom house in La Moutte, with easy access to the centre of Saint Tropez and its world famous beaches.
Villa Ilyad has been completely renovated and is a modern villa surrounded by vineyards and within 10 minutes walking to the beach of La Moutte. The centre of Saint Tropez is at 5 minutes driving.
The villa consists of a large living room with dining room opening onto the terraces and a well equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor are 4 double bed rooms with en suite bath rooms, all of them with access to the garden.
In the attics is another bed room with 2 single beds and a bath room.
Outside you will find the lovely swimming pool with lounge chairs and a pool house with BBQ and shower.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Heated Pool: 30 EUR per day. Min.: 210 EUR. Applicable seasons: from 04-01 to 10-31.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - The heated swimming pool is available from 04-01 to 10-31.
- - Pets are not allowed.
