Placed in the countryside near Modica, just 30 minutes from the beach, Villa Baglio is the perfect holiday home for families and small group of friends who want to relax with the chance to explore the South-East of Sicily.
The villa has original but restored furniture. There are four bedrooms, three with double bed and the other one with twin beds, a well equipped kitchen with original utensils, a living room, three bathrooms with shower.
Outside a covered dining area, barbecue, wood oven, a Jacuzzi and an amazing garden with olive and palm trees.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Electricity: 0.4 EUR per kW.
- - Optional services:
- Extra Cleaning: 10 EUR per hour. Max. quantity: 10.
- Opening of the pool in low season: 10 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 1. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 04-30.
- Arrival out of schedule: 50 EUR per booking.
- - The swimming pool is available from 05-01 to 09-30.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
