In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco fa ade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival. Please note: We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found. Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Passes with this Unit.
