Magnificent "Belle Epoque" mansion with spectacular sea views, private heated pool and terraced gardens featuring a number of magnificent palm trees, walkable into the many restaurants, shops, lively markets and theatre of the historic town of Grasse. The main villa has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (5 en suite), on 3 floors, and a guest cottage with bedroom and en suite shower room.
This property is a beautiful 19th Century "Belle Epoque" villa overlooking the historic Côte d’Azur town of Grasse, the world capital of perfume and walkable into the town centre. Set in 2 hectares of Mediterranean gardens with magnificent palm trees, beautiful, heated pool and stunning sea views over the Bay of Cannes, the villa sleeps a maximum of 16 people and is available to rent throughout the year.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Heated Pool: 30 EUR per day. Min.: 210 EUR.

- - Pets are not allowed.
