A magnificent family residence, this large stone bastide is ideally situated in a peaceful neighborhood on the outskirts of the pretty village of Valbonne, within walking distance to the many restaurants, cafes, shops and Friday market. The property is very spacious with 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a second living room and can accommodate up to 12 people. Four bedrooms are air-conditioned and two have fan ventilation. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with French doors out to a huge outdoor dining and seating terrace. The property is set within a lovely 5000m2 garden, with a family BBQ and huge outdoor dining terrace and sitting areas, sweeping lawns, and olive grove. Across the lawn is a large, sheltered pool terrace with 12x6m swimming pool with deep end and play area. The house has table tennis and boules court.
