A great choice for a family or group of up to six, this two-bedroom walk-in condo is located on the award-winning Thousand Hills golf course near the clubhouse and is just a short drive to Branson shows, shopping, and dining options. It offers an all-season sunroom with a beautiful view of the course, a living room with cable TV/DVD and a sofa bed, a full kitchen with major appliances, and a dining room. Each of the two bedrooms features a king-size bed, cable TV, plenty of closet space, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom includes sunroom access, and the bathroom boasts a whirlpool tub. An in-unit washer and dryer, free wireless internet, and access to an indoor pool are included.
This is a 2nd floor unit with walk-in access from parking. There is no elevator in the building.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
