A million-dollar view and location! Lovely, renovated light and airy Island style beachfront home with vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 55" large flat screen HD TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, internet, and a telephone for local calls.
Our large, covered veranda overlooks the beach and is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing on the couches or in the hammock that awaits you to watch the sunsets. The unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a king bed in master room, a queen bed and x1 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The property is very conveniently located, right on the beach and has lovely private lawns and a swimming pool with a BBQ area, lounge chairs/umbrellas and a tennis court.
We have a free private designated parking space as well as guest spaces...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
