Fully Equipped Beach Front Home With 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms and Large Veranda. A million-dollar view and location! Lovely, renovated light and airy Island style beachfront home with vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 55" large flat screen HD TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, internet, and a telephone for local calls. Our large, covered veranda overlooks the beach and is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing on the couches or in the hammock that awaits you to watch the sunsets. The unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a king bed in master room, a queen bed and x1 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The property is very conveniently located, right on the beach and has lovely private lawns and a swimming pool with a BBQ area, lounge chairs/umbrellas and a tennis court. We have a free private designated parking space as well as guest spaces available. We also have available for your use, our own folding beach chairs, pool/beach toys, kids’ games/toys and puzzles, an outdoor cooler, tennis racquets, balls, some masks and snorkels and beach shoes for your convenience. We have a "pack ’n play" portable baby crib and mattress available too. We are situated in a quiet and secluded location yet steps away from best grocery store on Island, top bars and restaurants, gym, bakery, pharmacy and much more! The best snorkelling on Seven Mile Beach is right in front of the apartment including a shipwreck. A car is not necessary and a 2min walk to the main road has regular buses for $2 to take you up and down West Bay Road, into George Town (which is walking distance if you fancy) and to other areas. If you change you mind during your stay and wish to rent a car for a day or more, there is a car rental agency withing walking distance too. We are a short walk to the Marriott hotel which offers everything in the way of water sports including parasailing, windsurfing, jet skis, paddle boards, diving, snorkelling, and diving trips by boat right from the beach. Our diving and dive sites all-round the Island are some of the best in the world. We also have plenty of information in the apartment for you to read at your leisure on the best restaurants, bars, nightclubs, tour excursions, Island exploring and boating/tour companies that will pick you up from the condo for tours etc. and bring you back. Best part of Seven Mile Beach to walk is from the Marriott Hotel (walking distance) to the Westin Hotel and back. Plenty bars and restaurants en-route and endless powder white beach and crystal-clear blue water. Our votes...........
