Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. The clubhouse is only for use by owners, their guests, or tenants of owners of Oak Glen Marina Condominiums, pursuant to the regulations below and/or in the by-laws and CC&R’s of HOA. 2. Hours for the clubhouse are Sunday-Saturday 9:00am-10:00pm.
  • 3. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day.
  • 4. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted use of clubhouse facilities unless accompanied by an adult or parent.
  • 5. Persons under the age of 14 are not permitted in the pool or pool area unless accompanied by an adult or parent.
  • 6. One gate card per unit will be issued (for your rental unit, the gate card will be inside the unit). Replacement cost of card will be charged if not left in unit upon exit.
  • 7. No smoking is permitted inside the clubhouse or in the pool area.
  • 8. Amenities in the clubhouse/fitness center are only to be used for their intended purpose. No portion of the clubhouse/fitness center amenities should ever be taken outside the clubhouse (Including but not limited to pool cues, pool balls, gym equipment, television, remotes, etc.)
  • 9. Owners/tenants are responsible for disposing of their trash in the proper receptacles and ensuring that all areas used are left the same way they were found. If not left clean, there will be a cleaning fee charged. No food or beverages are to be left in the clubhouse refrigerator.
  • 10.No pets allowed in the clubhouse, gym, pool area, or on the putting green. 11.Owners/tenants are allowed only 2 guests in the clubhouse and must always accompany their guest in the clubhouse, unless facilities booked by owner/tenant for a private function. 12.No profanity.
  • 13.No running inside or around the clubhouse.
  • 14.No loud music.
  • 15.No harassing or disturbing of other owners/tenants.
  • 16.Violation of any of these rules will result in fines and/or suspending or revoking amenity privileges.
