Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE PARKING PERMIT ON REARVIEW MIRROR AND PARK IN SPACE ASSIGNED. IF YOUR SPACE IS COMMON THIS MEANS 3RD FLOOR OF GARAGE OR OPEN PARKING LOT.
- 2. NO GLASS PERMITTED AT POOL.
- 3. EVERYONE MUST WEAR AN ARMBAND WHILE ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU ARE 10 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER
- 4. NO LOUD MUSIC, PROFANITY OR YELLING FROM BALCONY.
- 5. TRASH ROOM CHUTE LOCATED ON EACH FLOOR.
- 6. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
- 7. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT AT POOL.
- 8. BABIES MUST WEAR SWIM DIAPER IN POOL.
- 9. 2 BEDROOM UNIT GUEST LIMIT IS 8 PEOPLE, 3 BEDROOM GUEST LIMIT IS 10 PEOPLE.
- 10.NO PETS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY.
- 11.NO TRAILERS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY.
- 12.NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED IN FITNESS ROOM. 13.NO PARKING IN PORTICO, LOADING, AND UNLOADING ZONE ONLY 14.NO SMOKING WITHIN 20 FEET FROM ANY PUBLIC WALKWAYS AND/OR ENTRANCES. (per City of Gulfport ordinance)
