Enter the condo on the main floor - there are no steps to climb! Lay back in front of the living room’s stone gas fireplace and make plans for the day, taking in the lovely view from the large living room picture window and stunning surrounding mountains from every room in the condo.
You’ll be comfortable during your entire stay thanks to central air conditioning. The gorgeous full kitchen features granite countertops, all Viking appliances (including a full French door fridge), a dishwasher, and a prep island with a farmhouse sink that includes breakfast bar seating. The condo includes a spacious dining room with ample seating for 10, which opens to a main-floor porch.
Each bedroom features a stone gas fireplace and an en suite bathroom for extra privacy. The main bedroom, on the ground floor, has an elegant en suite bathroom with double sinks, a two-person shower, and a separate full-size soaking tub. The two upper bedrooms both feature large en suite bathrooms and access to their own balconies, and open to a lovely four-person private hot tub from which you can gaze on the mountains or at the starry Utah skies.
Downstairs is a large, two-car indoor garage, with a ski prep room equipped with elegant wood benches, cubbies, and shelves and racks for skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, jackets, gloves, and goggles.
Outdoors, just a few steps out the condo’s side door, you can luxuriate in the central European-style gathering deck, with a shared Olympic-sized outdoor saltwater pool (heated year-round for guest enjoyment), poolside chairs and loungers, a large community hot tub, a firepit, a fitness center, and a dry sauna.

Winter guests will love being in the heart of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort - the Village’s Frostwood Gondola is a short walk out the front door - providing easy access to multiple mountain lifts, equipment rentals, restaurants, shops, and more. Returning home at the end of a day on the slopes, you can ski down to the Frostwood Gondola base and you are back in the condo in just moments.
For those wanting to ski elsewhere, Deer Valley Resort and its world-famous Stein Eriksen Lodge is less than six miles away. For the young at heart, Woodward Park City Adventure Center, with winter snowtubing and terrain parks, is only six miles in the other direction. Nearby is the White Pine Adventure Center, with a major network of cross-country ski trails, Nordic ski equipment rentals, and lessons.
For summer guests, the Canyons Links Golf Course surrounds the condo on three sides, a short walk for guests eager to get on the links. Summer guests will enjoy taking the Frostwood Gondola to Canyons Village Mountain Bike Rental Center or the Red Pine Gondola to Park City’s expansive network of hiking and biking trails. Jordanelle Reservoir - with boating, stand-up paddling, swimming, fishing, and hiking - is 12 miles away as well.
