Your dream vacation awaits. This home is nestled in the jungle, just steps from the ocean and Uvita’s main attraction, Marino Ballena National Park.
Located 200 meters from Playa Chaman in Uvita, this home has everything one wants in a visit to Costa Rica.
There are two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, a bathroom, and a full kitchen on the main floor. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom #2 has a ’queen + single’ bunk bed. The sleeper sofa is perfect for larger families or groups and comfortably sleeps two children or one adult (two adults can also use it). The downstairs sleeps six.
The upstairs is accessible via a set of stairs that are outside (see photos). There is a queen bed and a sleeper sofa upstairs. The upstairs sleeps three.
In total this home sleeps NINE.
The pool is for the exclusive use of the guests and not shared.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
