Impressive tri-level 3 bedroom log home on the Weeki Wachee River - five miles downstream from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. This 1700 sq. ft. home has a sleeping capacity for 10 people. Amenities include kayaks (3 singles, one kids), a spacious ground level screened entertainment room featuring a mini-kitchen, half bath, large TV with ample seating, river-front dock with lounge furniture, fenced grounds, Wi-Fi, five smart TVs, 2nd story deck off the living area, lower waterfront paver patio with BBQ grill and an outdoor shower, cold A/C, child gates, and on-site parking.
See manatees right in your backyard. During the winter months they are very frequent.
There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets seen on property is subject to a $300 charge.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
