The apartment is located right outside the city center of Milan, in a quiet area surrounded by green spaces such as: - Trotter Park (800 m by foot), built in 1920 for trot races (hence the name "Trotter"). When the hippodrome was moved to S.Siro in 1924, the structure was bought by the city that built a school, that’s why the park is accessible to the public only when the school is closed (after 4:00 pm, during weekends, holidays and August). Peaceful is the word that best describes this park not exceedingly large, but it’s well-maintained as a public park and natural area.
