Looking for a cozy and private place with pool in one? This is a brand new holiday home located in peaceful village of Skabrnja, only 17km from the nearest beach. Large fenced courtyard planted with olive grows dominates the exterior and consists of your private swimming pool, a traditional Dalmatian tavern, a beautiful stone barbecue and a covered outdoor dining area. There is also a children’s play area which includes swings, a trampoline, table tennis and football goals. Floating goals are available for the swimming pool and you can play darts in the tavern.
Interior of your detached holiday home features an elegantly furnished living/dining room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 nice bedrooms and a modern bathroom. An additional toilet is located in the tavern, as well as another kitchen. Enough private parking places are provided for the guests and owners of this holiday home accept a small pet.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
