This lovely seaview holiday home is located in a quiet village of Ljubac, only 200 meters from the sea. An ideal accommodation for up to 15 persons as it provides a relaxing vacation away from the large tourist crowds. Holiday home Barbara offers 3 fully equipped apartments, each having its own sea view terrace. A spacious 300 square meter house spreads over two floors and provides its guests 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Also, each of the apartments has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher. It perfectly suits the needs of several families or a group of friends.
There is a large private garden in front of the house which is suitable for children and it only takes a short 3 minute walk to reach the nearest beach. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
