The Home
This is a second floor apartment directly above the Globe Cocktail bar. One flight of stairs is necessary. There is no street parking at this BnB however, there is a parking garage right across the street and we leave 2 parking vouchers for each guest.
Entry is by smart lock door code. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
Downtown Covington has been a staple of Northern Kentucky for over 100 years. Its architecture, predominantly historic Victorian style, creates some of the most alive and creative spaces that I’ve seen. Not only is the architecture great but the community is strong. Parks are always busy and brewery’s are full of friends and family enjoying this great city.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
