In addition to three bedrooms and three full baths, this town home offers a sleeping loft, sauna and jetted tub. The master bedroom with en-suite bath has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom two sets of bunk beds. There is also a full sized futon for sleeping in the loft. The upper two levels of the home are air conditioned and the lower level is naturally cool. The Deere Run complex is comprised of 45 attached town homes and is conveniently located to all Quechee amenities. It is an easy walk to Lake Pinneo as well as less than a five minute drive to the Clubhouse, golf courses and ski area. Deere Run offers it’s own swimming pool and two tennis courts. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You will be signing the Terms & Conditions for the property management
- No pets are allowed unless specified. In pet-approved accommodations, the maximum number of dogs is 2 with management approval. Dogs must be on leashes when outside the home. Cats and other animals are not permitted.
- The minimum rental age is 21 years old.
- No undergraduate student rentals will be accepted without prior approval from management and are subject to additional restrictions.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the home.
- Quiet hours are in effect 10 pm to 8 am Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sunday.
- No events or parties.
- For condominium properties, parking is limited to two cars per home.
