This is a spacious 5 bedroom villa in the heart of Camps Bay that was renovated with the addition of a second level. The villa is ideal for a large family or group of friends.
One enters the villa and is greeted with the lower level which was the original one level home which consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms, the open plan living and dining area with a separate kitchen area. The living area flows out onto the sheltered deck where you will find a lovely rim flow pool and garden.
The second level consists of 3 bedrooms and a second spacious lounge area that leads out on to a large balcony with expansive sea views.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
