Larkspur Lair is a gorgeous, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gold rated cabin that sleeps up to 7 guests. The fully equipped kitchen sports granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, all cooking and dining essentials, teapot, blender, dishwasher, and plenty of room for a family cooking showdown. Built in 2016, this beautiful home has been designed with your comfort in mind. It has an automatically starting, whole house back up generator, spacious rooms, a washer and a dryer and is in close proximity to The Redwoods office and Event Center. The comfortable living room features a river rock fireplace, plush upholstered couch and chairs, and carpeting. Need entertainment? A large flat screen satellite TV and WiFi are at your disposal, along with A CD/DVD player, games, poker set, cards, dice, coloring books, and a small book library. The Master bedroom has its own 3/4 bathroom, while bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom with tub & shower....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
