Accommodation of 130 m² is very charming and has an large exterior. It has views of the garden and the swimming pool. Villa also has equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and large covered dining area which allows you to cook and eat outside and enjoy the peace and vegetation of Dalmatia.
The furnishings, traditional in style, are comfortable and homely, and in very good order. Overall the villa is comprehensively equipped including wi-fi internet access and satellite television. Outside is a nice lawned area for children to play and a swing. It’s all very pleasant and relaxing. Because of its location in a remote area you can enjoy in total privacy.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- - Optional services:
- Heated Pool: 10 EUR per day.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
