This Villa is situated in a small village called Lepuri near Benkovac. This beautiful house offers complete privacy with a large garden, private pool and playground for children. It has a big terrace with lounge and dining area overlooking the pool. Everything is set just for your enjoyment. You can even prepare traditional Dalmatian specialties on the barbecue.
Inside the house there are 4 bedrooms with double bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also an intimate space as an addition to the living room for those who would like to enjoy a good book and great view. In the ground floor there is traditional "Konoba" with kitchen and large table, where you can spend time playing cards, eating domestic food and hang out.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
