The Pines at Ore House 301 PH2
If you’re looking for a newer condo with all the upgrades, one that’s priced a little more reasonably than those right at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, The Pines at Ore House is a great option. This complex is situated one mile from the base of the ski resort, right on the route of the free shuttle bus that stops by every 10 minutes and runs late into the evening. As locals, we use this same shuttle to go skiing and head into downtown Steamboat Springs for dining and nightlife. You’ll be within walking distance of the grocery stores, several restaurants, and discounted ski and snowboard rentals at Ski Haus, with an outdoor gazebo, two shared hot tubs, and heated changing rooms on the grounds to welcome you back home.
This newer, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is spread out across 1,525 square feet of tastefully decorated living space. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, its own washer/dryer, two TVs, and a deck with great views. Gather your friends and family around the spacious dining table, and find a few additional spots at the bar if you need more room. Enjoy access to a one-car garage, and end each evening in the living room with a leather couch, two chairs, a river rock gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV.
