You’ll be surrounded by some of Charleston’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife, while still enjoying a cozy place to unwind! Inside, the home blends midcentury style with colorful, welcoming accents. The comfortable living area is ideal for relaxing after a day out, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee to home-cooked dinners. Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms. One features a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The second offers a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, perfect for privacy and comfort. Step outside to your private courtyard, a peaceful, leafy escape in the heart of the city. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, a well-lit private entrance, and access to daily street parking passes (available upon request). Please note: construction of a new home next door is nearing completion, and the loud phases of work have passed. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
