Each room exudes comfort with ceiling fans, premium linens, and ample closet space. • 🛋️ Stylish Living Room: Unwind in our beautifully designed living room, equipped with a 65-inch 4K HDTV and plush seating for up to 12 people. • 🍽️ Gourmet Kitchen: The modern, fully-equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a peninsula with 4 bar stools, and a dining table seating up to 6. Perfect for culinary delights and shared meals. • 🧺 Convenient Laundry Room: A first-floor laundry room with a deluxe washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. • 🚗 Ample Parking: Enjoy the convenience of three off-street parking spaces in the driveway. • 🏊‍♂️ Expansive Private Pool: Immerse yourself in the allure of our sizable private pool, measuring 26’ x 14’. *The pool cannot be heated if the temperature is averaging 60 degrees F or under daily.* *Guests have the option to heat the pool for an additional fee ($50/night). We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
