Welcome to your recently renovated 2-story downstairs apartment, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a bright, transitional design that feels instantly like home. Thoughtfully updated throughout, the space features hardwood floors, stylish décor, trendy furnishings, and top-of-the-line appliances, creating a comfortable and inviting Charleston retreat!
Please note: the home next door is going through a renovation, but the loud parts are over!
Step inside from the large front porch into a spacious, open living area designed for relaxing and gathering. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with cable and NFL Package, and an adjacent dining area with seating at both the table and kitchen bar, perfect for meals or winding down after a day in the city.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials for easy meal prep. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway closet.
The first floor includes a large bedroom with a king bed and access to the shared back porch, along with a beautifully updated full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with two queen beds and one with a queen bed—plus a second full bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.
Enjoy Charleston living on the front porch or second-floor balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Located just off Spring Street, this home offers easy access and convenient off-street parking, allowing you to pull right in and settle in with ease!

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County

*Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable. House is being renovated next door with minor noise. No large machinery.
