This traditional build house on the mountain resort of Platres has been renovated and furnished with the ad-most luxury. Every detail has been thought off and every piece of furniture and equipment chosen with care.
It is build over two floors and features a spacious open-plan living room area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining table, log fire and a spacious covered balcony and guest WC on the upper floor. The lower floor offers two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom. At the back of the house there is a large yard with tall pine trees, a covered patio, BBQ, tables and chairs. Over all it is ideal for a relaxing holiday or short break on Troodos Mountains.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
