This is a modern, comfortable and luxurious holiday villa which spreads on over 100 square meters surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvillea and olive trees.
Both indoor as well as outdoor the villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, high quality furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room that unfold and join the outdoor area where a natural high quality timber deck surrounds a private swimming pool with water jet for relaxation. There is also a guest WC and separate shower room as well as an outdoor shower for the pool area.
The first floor offers two large double bedrooms both en-suite while an additional guest can sleep on the livingroom sofabed. On request we can offer baby cots,

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Baby high chair: 5 EUR per day. Min.: 10 EUR. Max.: 50 EUR. Max. quantity: 3.
