This is very tastefully furnished with every modern appliance you would expect in a 5 star luxury villa. There is very large 10 x 5 metre overflow pool with roman steps in the shallow end leading to an over 2 meter deep end. Pool Heating is available for the mid and low season and is charged extra at 45 Euros per day.
The villa has over the last couple of years developed into a cosmopolitan resort with an array of colourful bars, restaurants and shops. With an abundance of secluded sandy bays Ayia Napa has recently been named the " sunny and sandy land ". Step away from the main night life area and take a closer look you will discover that Ayia Napa is full of history and tradition, making it impossible for even the fussiest visitor not to find something that will interest them. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
