This stylish and new apartment was recently decorated. Located in one of Lisbon’s most multicultural quarters: Avenida Almirante Reis. You can expect plenty of 2nd hand clothes stores, quite a few typical "tascas," bakeries, bars, and cafés.
The center city takes 10 minutes by walk or with Intendente metro station next to the apartment door as well as the Martim Moniz square it will take you 3 minutes to reach the center.
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated, and equipped. The design and functional decoration give the apartment a feeling of being at home. One bedroom, with double bed and a sofa bed for two gives the apartment the capacity for 4 people.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
