This apartment is the classical Lisbon house. With high ceiling and large rooms, it has a very classical touch, located in Rato a central neighbourhood, and has some really great restaurants and bars – it’s one of those neighbourhoods with a thousand little secrets to discover and uncover.
The location couldn´t be better as its 20 meters away from Rato metro station and about 50 meters away from Marques de Pombal Square.
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated, and equipped. The design and functional decoration give the apartment a feeling of being at home. Four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with a single bed gives this apartment the capacity for 7 people.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Tourist tax: 2 EUR per person per day (adults). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
