Marquês Duplex a renovated apartment with a modern décor and a stunning terrace is located right at the city center in one of the most premium areas of Lisbon - Marquês de Pombal. The Praça do Marquês de Pombal is at the top of the Avenue Liberdade near the well-known Parque Eduardo VII. On the top of the park, is hoisted a big Portugal’s flag and a view over Lisbon, that covers Marquês de Pombal and goes through Liberdade Avenue till it reaches the river.
The location couldn’t be better, just 5 minutes away from Marques de Pombal Square and 8 minutes away from Avenida da Liberdade.
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated, and equipped. The design and functional decoration give the apartment the feeling of being in a typical Portuguese home. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, other with two single beds and a sofa beds that gives the apartment a capacity for 6 people.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
