This amazing apartment is located downhill to the west of Bairro Alto in the São Bento neighbourhood, dominated by the former monastery, now the Assembly of the Republic, Portugal’s parliament. The long Rua de São Bento is home to several interesting antiques shops, tiny cafés, and restaurants.
The location couldn’t be better, just 10 minutes away from Bairro Alto and 10 minutes away from Basilica da Estrela.
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated, and equipped. The design and functional decoration give the apartment a feeling of being at home. With three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds and a sofa bed gives the apartment a capacity for 8 people.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
