This Beachfront Villa with Pool is a beautiful historic villa for 9 people in the seaside town of Orebic on the southern side of the Peljesac peninsula. It boasts a prime position next to the sea and within the center, close to the bakeries, grocery shops, wine shops, cafes, and restaurants.
It is the former captains house. It went through complete restoration several years ago and it became one of the best holiday homes to stay in on Peljesac. The villa overlooks the Adriatic sea and the archipelago of Peljesac and Korcula with many islands and islets.
It can accommodate up to 9 persons at once, whether groups of friends or families with children. The whole villa is private and fenced with stone walls and a hedge.
The residential area occupies 270 m2 and extends over 3 floors. It has original antique furniture and it offers the perfect mix of original and modern features.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
