The Home
The Villa is a combination of a contemporary and modern style with a location on the island of Brac. This charming villa can accommodate 6-8 people. It spreads over two floors and provides you with complete privacy.
The Villa features a pool which can be either heated or cooled, depending on the weather and temperature. A huge terrace is next to the pool. The whole villa is surrounded by beautiful greenery and plants.
On the ground floor is the dining area with kitchen, as well as the living area which has an open view of the pool, garden, and sea.
On the first floor is the dormitory area with bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a balcony where a jacuzzi is placed. You can relax in the jacuzzi and admire the blue sea.
The Villa has also a separated apartment/suite if you seek extra privacy or it can be used by your staff.
You can also find a fitness an laundry area in the house.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
