The Villa is truly the perfect accommodation for a complete rest on your vacation in Croatia. This villa is situated away from the everyday rush and has a very quiet surrounding. The Villa is on an 11 000 m2 estate which is filled with olive trees. You can use the whole property and feel free to pick vegetables from the garden which are organically grown.
The Villa has a stunning surrounding and garden full of flowers and Mediterranean plants. The pool is huge and can be your oasis for relaxing. On disposal, you have a barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for dinner with your loved ones during summer. The interior of the villa is very modern. The living room has a big cozy sofa where you can watch a movie with your whole group. The kitchen is fully equipped.
On the property are two dogs that can be moved on request, but if you are bringing your own dog they can be a great company.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
