Whether you have come to ski to your heart’s content or hike along dramatic ridges in the warmer months of the year, this will be the perfect year-round retreat. The main level of the home will be ideal for entertaining the whole gang, as it is home to the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with plush furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace, and the dining area that is more than ready to host family dinners or game nights. When you need a bit of fresh air, step out to the furnished deck and fire up the gas grill for a cookout as the sun goes down. When it is time to settle down, the main bedroom is on the lower floor and two more bedrooms await on the second floor to allow everyone to recuperate for more fun days ahead! THINGS TO KNOW Firewood is not provided; it can be purchased locally.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
