The villais situated in a quiet settlement Supetar, on the island of Brac. It comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The exterior represents an anchored ship, while the high-end interior is furnished with top quality materials so the villa symbolizes modern architecture.
The swimming pool is can be heated (with a surcharge of 15€ per day, paid on-site). The pool and pool terrace are perfect for relaxing. For complete relaxation, you can use the sauna.
On the ground floor is the dining area with a kitchen, as well as the living area which has an open view of the pool and garden. On this floor are also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a toilet.
On the souterrain (under the ground floor) and the first floor are the remaining bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
It is in the Mediterranean climate with little rain and a large number of sunny days...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
