This truly comfortable and beautifully laid out, sea view Villa is really five star when it comes to outside living. Its extensive area of lawns and copious area of covered terraces make it a truly excellent choice for families. One of a select group of Villas sharing the peninsular just south of the village of Spartia. Location, Spartia With nothing short of fabulous views across the sea towards Mount Aenos, the Villa sits at the entrance to a small and select group of Villas, a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There’s a sandy beach just a 5 min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below. Spartia’s maze of narrow street all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas and for more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away Outside Swimming Pool - 10m x 5m private pool with Roman step entry Pool depths 1.2m - 1.6m. Sun Terrace - furnished with sun loungers. Pergola - poolside, with comfortable rattan sofa and chairs, sea view Dining Terrace - Covered dining area with table and chairs. Pool views. Inside Open plan living room Sitting Area – Comfy sofa and chair, plasma TV with satellite, DVD player and two lFrench doors to the covered dining terrace, with pool view. Air Con Unit. Dining Area - Wooden table and seating for six. Kitchen Area - Wooden fitted cupboards, double sink, electric oven with hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Window above the sink to the garden. Twin bedroom – Two single beds, French doors to sea view covered terrace. Air Con Unit Shower room - Bath with air jets and separate walk in shower, washbasin and WC. First Floor Double bedroom en suite bath/shower room - Double bed. Windows with sea views.
