Incredibly spacious both inside and out and exceptionally well equipped, this Villa is the perfect holiday villa for large parties or extremely spacious for families. The lovely 9m x 6m pool, with integrated jacuzzi bench seating and shallow children’s pool is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and parasols of such a generous size that there’s space for all. For those who’d also like a little ’time out’, each of the 6 en suite, air conditioned bedroom (except for one which has a small sitting area nearby) has its own private balcony furnished with rattan furniture. There’s also a lovely ’chill out’ area under a pergola in the garden.
Did we also mention the magnificent views encompassing Crete’s White Mountains and the blue sea of Souda Bay glistening down a green and wooded valley.....?

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
