TheVilla is located in Prigradica, a small and quiet settlement on the island of Korcula. It can accommodate 8 people and is ideal for a family vacation with children or bigger groups of friends. The area of the villa is 350 m2 and is located next to the sea.
The villa has a big sunny terrace. The terrace has a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals. You can enjoy them at the outdoor dining area which is covered.
The pool terrace is equipped with beach chairs. The pool has counter-current swimming integrated. From here you have a stunning sea view.
The interior of the villa is modernly furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. On disposal is also an indoor jacuzzi and a playground for children.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
