The Woods Resort & Spa development is centrally located off Killington’s Access Road and a stone’s throw from all that Killington has to offer. In the Terra Median building guests can enjoy complimentary use of the amenities including; indoor pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, fitness center, steam room, and sauna. The Spa, is full service European spa offering at varying cost massages, body treatments, facials, and day packages.
Nicely decorated tri-level three bedrooms three and a half baths townhouse located in the Ashwood Cluster. Walk straight in from the parking lot. Once inside the townhouse you will find two bed rooms on the middle level one on the right has a queen bed and full bath, the second bed room on the left has a queen bed, private entry to a shared full bathroom with sauna. The master Bedroom it on the upper level the features a queen bed with private bath, that has a stand-up shower and a whirlpool tub for two.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
