The views are just spectacular and it is just minutes away from from Park City Canyons ski resort, Park City Mountain Resort and and Deer Valley. It has easy access to the highway, shopping and SLC airport. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful view over the Canyons with a vast balcony. Spacious Master Ensuite has a shower and jetted tub. Guest bedroom on the main level is a beautiful mountain style bedroom with a queen bed. Spacious Guest room on main floor for easy access with a queen bed, and another queen bed upstairs in the third Guest bedroom. Lastly, there is a rustic mountain Bunk Room with twin beds that sleeps two with bathroom ensuite. Lounge by the fire in the livingroom or outside on the covered patio, and hop in the hot tub after a long day of adventures - this home is delightful for families and relaxing...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
