LIVING AREA
On the top floor, the large living space with hardwood floors offers a great place to gather. The sitting area features plush seating, a grand stone fireplace, and a 54-inch TV. Downstairs, a second living area has a sofa and 60-game multicade machine. Down another floor, the impressive game room offers a sprawling social space with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, pool table, shuffleboard table, dart board, wet bar, and bar seating for four.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chic and contemporary kitchen wows with a five-seat kitchen island and stainless steel appliances that include a gas stove with double oven. The dining area has seating for eight at a rustic wooden table.
BED & BATH
The primary bedroom has a California king bed, 54-inch TV, and a luxe en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms each have a full-over-full bunk bed. The third room has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a fourth bedroom features a queen bed and 40-inch TV. An adjacent bath has a walk-in shower. A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR & AMENITIES
The forested backyard is complete with a private hot tub, a deck, and a grill for afternoon cookouts.
