The main living space is on the first floor of the home, where you’ll find the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and a half bathroom. The living room offers a welcoming atmosphere that invites you all to sit down, relax, and enjoy an entertaining time with good company. Here you’ll find a sleeper sofa with a queen-size pull out mattress, a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and two armchairs.
Right next, the dining area is open and offers a gorgeous dining table that seats up to six lucky guests. The open concept, fully-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, custom cabinets, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar with counter seating for three.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom offers a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an ensuite full bathroom with elegant fixtures, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV–each of the TVs in the home comes equipped with a Roku streaming device.

This delight of a home is conveniently located in Savannah’s Landmark Historic District and just four blocks away from beautiful Forsyth Park. This park is simply ideal for outdoor activities including picnics, outdoor sports, walking, jogging, playing tennis at the free tennis courts, and so much more! You can stock up on fresh groceries and goodies at the Forsyth Farmer’s Market (one mile away). Located just two blocks away are a Kroger grocery store and Mate Factor, a great coffee shop, and bakery. Beachgoers can make the 18-mile trip to Tybee Island, Savannah’s beach. This is a great place for fishing, visiting Ft. Pulaski, or climbing Georgia’s oldest and tallest lighthouse.
