Cook up delicious meals in the extensive kitchen, complete with full-size appliances (including a dishwasher), a coffee station, and a prep island that includes breakfast bar seating for four guests. A built-in hallway desk nook provides a lovely space to work on assignments or schoolwork remotely. The top floor (accessible by a spiral staircase) houses the ultimate entertainment space, complete with a furnished balcony that includes an outdoor kitchen, an indoor wet bar, a flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and four built-in bunk beds. When you’re ready to head out for a bite to eat, Island Joes Coffee And Gallery and A La mode Gelateria are both within three-and-a-half miles of the townhouse.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

*The dock is about 35 feet long, with a 50 foot mooring area. The water depth varies with the tide and depends on the distance to the dock. It is about three feet deep close to the cement part of the dock over six feet at the end of the dock. No ropes supplied, but most boats should be permitted. Swimming is permitted, but guests should swim at their own risk due to oyster shells, etc.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
