Vintage Lakehouse right on Bear Lake with over 1/2 acre of space surrounding the home. Stunning lake and mountain views are just the beginning! This quirky and wonderfully family-friendly home has plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Take a step back in time
and enjoy the slow pace of lakefront living with two living rooms (one downstairs and one upstairs that doubles as a playroom) all set up for chats and board games alike. The fully equipped kitchen features a double-door French door refrigerator, a breakfast bar with room for three guests to enjoy a casual meal, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Outside, guests can enjoy an outdoor fireplace set up with wood and roasting sticks for hot dogs and s’mores. There’s even a private gas grill for cookouts with a view. The garage has been converted to a game room that features foosball and Ping-Pong. When the sun goes down, just light a fire in the wood-burning fireplace and keep the conversations going.
Each bedroom is filled with old world charm and a fun lake theme. The first bedroom is just past the staircase as guests walk through the front door, and features extra seating, a standalone vanity, and a soaking tub. Head up the stairs and you’ll immediately come across the upstairs living room that doubles as a bunk room. This super-fun space features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, a private balcony entrance, a desk workspace for remote work or schooling, three sets of bunk beds, an electronic keyboard, and all the stuffed animals guests could need. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a private balcony entrance, a neighborhood view, and a standalone sink vanity. The fourth bathroom across the hall features a standalone sink vanity and a partial lake view. At the very end of the hall, the fifth bedroom features a wide lake view from a private balcony entrance. The sixth and final room features a private balcony entrance with a wide lake view of its own. The hallway bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination can serve guests not staying in the bunk room.
