Lovely Villa close to the Anse à l’Ane Beach

Location of the villa The villa is about 400m from Anse à l’Ane beach, on the Caribbean coast of southern Martinique, and is located in a very quiet residential area. The house has a very nice sea view, on the mountains and on the other side of Fort of France bay. In clear weather, you can even see Mount Pelée. By night, the view of the lights of Fort de France is very pleasant. A shuttle boat, crossing the bay, departing from the dock of Anse to l’Ane allows you to be in the center of Fort de France in 20 minutes. Several beaches, such as Anse Mitan, Anse Noire and Anse Dufour are a 5 minute drive away, . The internationally renowned 18-hole golf course and the lively tourist area of Pointe du Bout are about 3 km away. A small neighborhood supermarket is about 500m away. Property The upper level includes: - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, one with queen size bed (160cm X 200cm) and its shower room - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 second shower room - 1 large living room open onto the terrace with a sitting area (sofa, coffee table and large TV) - A well equipped open kitchen (with pantry) - A large shaded terrace where you can have your meals while enjoying the sea view and Fort de France bay. You will have access to the garden level by an external staircase. The garden level includes: -1 air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size double bed (160x200) and private bathroom, -a second air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size double bed (160x200), 3 person bunk beds (double bed at the bottom and single bed at the top), and private bathroom, -1 second shaded terrace facing the swimming pool and furnished with a large table with chairs, a refrigerator, a barbecue. One of the highlights of the villa is its large heated swimming pool (7mX3.5m) with an infinity whirlpool (6 seats) surrounded by tropical plants (Hibiscus, birds of paradise, banana trees ... .). Cocktails in the jacuzzi, with exotic fruit juices or Ti-punch, are pure moments of happiness!
