External Description Villa Vepri is located in the municipality of Bucine, immersed in the greenery of the splendid Valdambra area among woods, vineyards and olive groves. Within the private garden there are 2 wooden gazebos: one equipped for alfresco lunch/dinner with barbecue, and the other one is used as a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and coffee table. The outdoor areas are embellished by a private pool (6.5 x 3.5 m), open from May to October, with a solarium area (sunbeds). You will find also an outdoor Jacuzzi (for 4 people, with 1200 liters of water that can be heated up to 40°, that can only be used upon request with fee). In front of the villa there is a private parking for 5 cars. Lastly, there are also some outdoor surveillance cameras. Internal Description Villa Vepri is set on 3 floors (2 of which are accessible without climbing stairs).
