If you’re ready to escape to an awesome Outer Banks Beach Haven, this home is for you! Beach Haven was newly constructed in 2019 and offers plenty of space for the whole family. Located just one-tenth of a mile away from the nearest public beach access, you will enjoy ocean views and a short 3-minute walk to the beach.
To make loading and unloading easy, enjoy a carport and access to an elevator that takes you to each level of the house. Your family will love splashing around in the 16’x16’ square concrete pool or taking a dip in the hot tub that is contained in a huge fenced-in yard area. Inside, a huge recreation room features a pool-table and small kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. A Queen Master Suite w/ Full Bathroom offers views of the pool and back yard. Completing the level is a full-size hall bathroom and a sitting room with has a sofa bed.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
